Do you offer on-site parking for guests?

We offer 15 onsite parking spaces, including handicapped parking. If you require additional parking for your event at the Caswell House, you can contact St. Martin’s Lutheran Church at the corner of Rio Grande and 15th to request the use of their parking facilities, subject to their approval.”

Do you host multiple events simultaneously?

The Caswell House hosts only one organization or event at a time. When you rent the house, you and your invited guests have exclusive use of the house, except for necessary support staff.

Do you offer rental options for tables, chairs, and other seating accommodations?

Chairs are $1.50 each, tables and bars are $10.00 each, and we also have podiums and A/V equipment available—please contact us for pricing.

Do you have any restrictions on vendors we can use?

We do not have any restrictions on vendors you can use. However, we do have a list of preferred caterers that we recommend.

Is there a bridal suite or getting-ready area available?

Yes, the Caswell House offers a bridal suite, which boasts a lovely area for the bridal party to get ready in, complete with a private bathroom.

What are the rental rates for hosting an event at the Caswell House?

Can we schedule a tour of the venue?
