To secure a rental at the venue, a $500 security deposit is required in addition to the rental fee. This deposit is refundable if the house is left clean with no damage.

The rental rate for New Year’s Eve is based on the Saturday-December rate, and Memorial Day and Labor Day rates are based on the Sunday rate.

Payment options include an installment plan for events booked more than 120 days in advance, requiring full deposit and 50% of the rental fee at booking, with the balance automatically billed to a credit card prior to 120 days from the event. Events booked within 120 days are ineligible for the payment plan. Payment can be made via MasterCard, Visa, or check.

Regarding cancellations, if an event is canceled more than 120 days before the scheduled date, the deposit is forfeited but the rental fee is returned. If canceled less than 120 days before, the rental fee is forfeited but the deposit is returned.
