Our house features full kitchens on both the first and second floors, connected by an elevator, making it effortless to serve guests throughout the entire space. We are proud to offer the freedom to choose your own caterer. Check out our preferred caterers here.

The first-floor library serves as a quiet retreat for the wedding party to get ready and relax. Upstairs, there is a spacious room equipped with a private restroom, where the wedding party can prepare for the ceremony and reception.

At the Caswell House, we offer a range of event essentials for a nominal rental fee, including tables, chairs, bars, a public address system, and a podium. If you opt for our furnishings, we’ll take care of setting up the room before your event and returning the rented items to storage after it concludes.

The Caswell House offers a stunning backdrop for your bridal portraits, with its beautifully furnished rooms providing classic vignettes for unforgettable photographs. As a special offering, brides who rent the house for their wedding can enjoy complimentary use of the space for bridal portraits during office hours. Please note, a photographer is not included.
